The Brother Report Form will only be viewed by Luis Pimentel (VP of D&I) and the Masters of Rituals (Lucius Gao & Jota Iwase). Should you need to report any of these three brothers, use the Alternative Brother Report Form which will only be viewed by Yi Liu (President) and Oceane Wang (VP of Administration).
